Q: Where do you ship from?
A: We ship all orders from Los Angeles, California.
Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Currently, we ship only within the U.S. We’re working on expanding internationally soon!
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Most orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days after processing.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package at any time using that link.
Products & Materials
Q: Are your items handmade?
A: Many of our products especially those in the Artesanal and Talavera collections are handcrafted by skilled artisans using traditional techniques. Other pieces in our Everyday Lux line are curated for trendy, high-quality daily wear.
Q: What materials do you use?
A: Materials vary by item. Our handcrafted items may include clay, thread, plant fibers, and locally sourced materials. Our fast fashion jewelry is typically made from zinc alloy, stainless steel, and plated metals. Materials are listed on each product page.
Q: Are your earrings hypoallergenic?
A: Many of our earrings use hypoallergenic hooks or posts, but please refer to individual product descriptions for specific details.
Gift Sets & Packaging
Q: Do you offer gift wrapping?
A: All gift sets come beautifully packaged and ready to gift. For individual items, you can add a gift note at checkout.
Q: Can I customize a gift set?
A: At this time, gift sets come pre-curated. However, we are working on offering customizable bundles soon!
Returns & Exchanges
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Due to the handmade nature of many of our items, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Q: What if I receive a damaged item?
A: Please email us at sales@soleislux.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We’ll be happy to help resolve the issue.
